We are excited to welcome our new Physician Assistant to the Queen City Dermatology team.
As a clinical partner of Dr. Kristine Zitelli, she provides compassionate, evidence-based dermatology care with a special focus on medical dermatology, skin health education, and natural cosmetic outcomes.
She is now seeing patients Monday through Thursday and Friday mornings for:
- Acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, warts, hair loss, skin checks, and more
- Evaluation and treatment of medical dermatology & common skin conditions
- Cosmetic consultations and procedures
- Microneedling and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Personalized skincare recommendations and treatment plans

Kylie Harden, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical dermatology and aesthetic treatments, who is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to every patient. Originally from the Cincinnati area, Kylie earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of the Cumberlands, Northern Kentucky Campus. She completed advanced training through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Diplomate Fellowship program.
Having trained under Dr. Kristine Zitelli, founder of Queen City Dermatology, Kylie developed extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. Kylie is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Ohio Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Associates. She is also a member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants.
In addition to clinical practice, Kylie serves as a guest lecturer at the University of the Cumberlands NKY campus PA program and volunteers with Melanoma Know More skin cancer screening clinics. Known for her approachable demeanor and attention to detail, Kylie strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed and confident in their care.
